Questions we hear
Yes. Connection Lab workshops run both in-person and on Zoom — and the practice works equally well either way. We've facilitated for teams across six continents and dozens of industries — including non-profit, finance, technology, mining, healthcare, education, legal, real estate, consulting, engineering, HR, recruiting, startups, media, government, and professional services. The skills of human engagement — connection, presence, and audience awareness — translate across geography, culture, and industry, whether you're in the room or on the screen. Get in touch and we'll talk through what makes sense for your setup.
That's normal – and fine. Most conversations start with 'something's not working' rather than a specific request. We'll help you figure out what makes sense.
No. It's a fit conversation. We'll ask what's not working, you'll ask how we work, and we'll both figure out if there's something here. If not, no hard feelings.
You probably don't yet – that's what the conversation is for. Come with your situation, not a solution in mind. We'll figure it out together.
Mostly 5 to 500 employees, but we've worked with 10-person startups and Fortune 500 teams. It's less about size and more about readiness to practice. We offer programs for teams and departments, as well as 1:1 executive coaching.
North Vancouver, BC – but we work with teams everywhere. Workshops run in-person or via Zoom. Geography isn't a constraint.
Whatever's on your mind. A sentence is fine. A paragraph is fine. Just tell us what's prompting you to reach out.
You'll hear back within a day or two. No sales pitch – just a conversation about what you're trying to solve and whether we can help.
It varies. Sometimes we can start within weeks, sometimes it's a few months out. Reach out and we'll give you a realistic picture.
Both. Public Workshops are open to anyone. Enterprise Programs are for intact teams. Tell us your situation and we'll point you in the right direction.
Yes. Many HR leaders attend Public Workshops first to experience the work before bringing it to their organization. It's not required, but it's an option.
