Congratulations to our newest facilitators
Congratulations to our Six facilitators who completed our Facilitator Development Program!!!
Each has logged hundreds of hours as a participant, led practice sessions, and demonstrated mastery of the Six-Box Model™.

What makes a Connection Lab facilitator different from a typical trainer?
They’ve lived it.
Every facilitator begins as a participant. They’ve felt the stress. Received the feedback. Built the muscle memory. Practiced the conversations. The experiential knowledge they carry isn’t theoretical — it’s embodied. And that cannot be replicated in a traditional certification course.
Our newest graduates are now bringing Connection Lab into organizations across North America.
If you’ve been waiting to introduce this work to your team, our capacity just expanded.
