Each has logged hundreds of hours as a participant, led practice sessions, and demonstrated mastery of the Six Box Model™. What makes a Connection Lab facilitator different from a typical trainer?
Every Connection Lab facilitator has been a workshop participant first. They've lived the experience, received the feedback, built the muscle memory, and they practice in the real world. Then they go through our in-house Facilitator Development Program — a Connection Lab certification process that ensures every facilitator is ready to hold the room. In all of our workshops, you are in good hands.
The Connection Lab Facilitator Development Program
Eleven sessions delivered over Zoom, designed to take experienced participants into the full depth of the methodology.
You'll be introduced to:
- Core principles from the performing arts (yes — you will be assigned scripts to perform)
- Foundational ontological coaching principles
- The full depth of the Six Box Methodology™
By the end of the program, you'll be certified to facilitate Module 1: Relationship & Human Engagement, and you'll leave with:
- A deep working understanding of the Six Box Methodology™
- Access to the Connection Lab Check-in App
- A facilitator handbook for both in-person and online delivery
- Guidance on organizing and running your own workshops
- A Certificate of Completion
- A Connection Lab t-shirt
- Continued access to programs and ongoing learning opportunities
Prerequisites:
Participants must have completed Module 1 and Module 2 of the Connection Lab Six-Module Program prior to enrollment.
